About the Role
As a Collections Officer, the individual will be on the frontline, managing overdue accounts. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their circumstances, and negotiating repayment solutions that work for both parties. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided, allowing the successful candidate to develop the skills needed to succeed in collections, even without prior industry experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Making and taking calls to locate and engage customers.
Investigating account details to understand a customer’s situation.
Building rapport and trust to create positive customer experiences.
Negotiating repayment plans and providing tailored solutions.
Handling objections and problem-solving with professionalism.

About the Ideal Candidate
